Well I did it! On Saturday I ran a fundraiser 5k. Well I didn't run the whole thing but I finished a 5k. Josh was going to go with me but he got sick...(yeah right) so I guess we will just have to find another one! So if anyone knows of a 5k around here let us know. And I guess my next step...is a marathon!
I'm proud of you and all, but I'm still boycotting the metric system. So really I'm proud that you finished a 3.10685 mile run.
ReplyDeleteWell, well, well. I am not surprised. Did he at least pretend to cough really weakly as you walked out the door? That is pretty neat that you have done that Kristy. I tried running the other day for the first time since my freshman year in college 15 years ago and almost died at about the 3/4 mile mark. I bet I could run a mile faster than Josh. And Logan too for that matter. I say its a bet. Next time I see the two of them we will race for one mile. Loser buys the gatorade afterwards.
